Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

Don't forget your Eddie hammer.
I'm not joking when I say that it could well split in half if I hit it with it.
Is it that Rover?
No unfortunately. But then I paid under what cartakeback have offered. Family just happy to see Creme Cake (iirc) go not to the scrapyard.

Having been stood since 1983 I was expecting problems but fortunatley once tugged with a Winch a few times all 4 wheels were rolling abiet on fucked Crossplies. It drew plenty of attention from neighbours and passers by plus from other motorists on the A10 whilst driving out of Enfield. Need to give the car a good look over during the week and sort through all the Spares which came with it, most of it from a late model Morris Oxford the owner broke up about 40 odd years ago- the 1622 engine and the Blue Vinyl Seats from that car are fitted in this one. Sadly the History has been lost but the owner bought it from the family of the deceased first owner in 1970 and used it daily for 13 years until he couldn't engage reverse in it one day so pushed it in the Garage where it remained
Love that. Great colour and doesn’t even look that bad bodily. It doesn’t look hopeless anyway, and I know you can buy sills from NTG.
I guess the original leather seats are long gone?

Sounds about up to my usual standard. When I got the Hampshire, it was so rotten the B pillar had become detached from the sill and you could grab hold of the door handle and wobble the whole side of the car. And if you opened the drivers door, it dropped straight down as the whole A pillar was rotten and moving around.

Can you not leave it another 3 months so the hub around it dissolves?
