I'm not certain that a picture of Phil's polished rod should be in the open part of the site.

Re: What did you do today?
It was quite gratuitous. That sort of worked... It ignored the metadata.

Re: What did you do today?
There's no options for how it treats the metadata, I just set it to 1440x1440 rather than 1440x900.
That is a very shiney pole, does it still have the polish accent?

Re: What did you do today?
That's because it's dumbly stripping the metadata and not keeping the orientation data.

No, it was done quickly so it sounds Russian.

Re: What did you do today?
Just ordered a new master cylinder.
Going to try clean out the fuel pump and see if that helps any. I haven't touched it in 800+ miles, it's probably full of crap.
Then, I think I may try some ATF "improver", to try keep the viscosity up when it's hot. Issue isn't generally heat in the fluid but heat in the valve block.

Re: What did you do today?
Wasted an hour trying to get the polo's sump plug off. Who thought a 6mm allen key was a good idea for a sump plug? Tried various over sized torx and spline bits. Chisel and hammer wouldn't turn it. Ended up welding a chewed up 10mm drive torx bit to it.
I'll not miss working on it when the young un takes it back to uni on Thursday.
164000 miles though on the 1.2 three cylinder.
