Everything in this picture is a 4 cylinder petrol

So not a knacker, not unusual, not new. However it had its demisters on (and been left out overnight) for the first time in about 5 years. Its a 17 year old ULEZ legal (!) A3 180 quattro with 28k and completely factory standard. Also being spoilt by modern correct pedal configuration (2) daily driver hearse it was a nuisance in commuter traffic last night.

However coming off a night shift and travelling home through 11 miles of B roads at 6am was rather enjoyable :mrgreen:

And no I couldn't be arsed to squeeze it back in the garage!

I remember a mate of mine had one as a company car.

He reckoned that it was better to drive than the TT that replaced it.

Nice, before I knew anything about Audis I really liked the idea of these, they suited Old Mans needs well at the time (didn't drive then).
Seat Leon 20vt sleepers, too (no 4wd though).
Watch for pedestrians...
