I disagree with the fixed penalty tariff of non-endorsables being equalised to that of 3 pointers.

e.g. it's £100/nil points for a seatbelt and £100/3 points for speeding. It used to be £30/£60. Maximum in court is £500/£1000 (or in certain situ £2.5k)
