Re: What did you do today?
New mirror arrived from eBay, very impressed by the speed of delivery and the item, exact match no less. Swapping them over was a piece of piddle, ust pull the old one off, two electrical connectors and then replace with the new one. Bit of fiddling with the wires as too small and then too big but got there in 30 seconds. All good and it still works and heats up okay so all repiared for a tenner.
But, I now know who broke the old one and it was deliberate. The guy from the garage is 'mad at me' for not waiting around all day and going out at 2:00 pm, he was only 3 and a half hours late so entirely my fault.
Ho hum.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Re: What did you do today?
I didn’t really do anything but this brilliant motor car passed its MOT again today. It’s a lovely feeling. All I’ve done to it in the last year other than routine servicing is replace the pollen filter and battery. The battery was the original one from new when Mrs.B bought it. Not bad at all. If you want a car that just works then a spaceship Civic should be on your radar.

Which makes even more strange the fact that 8 out of 10 old people seem to be conned out of buying another one six months before the first test date.
