Early stages of designing what was to become the Range Rover. A Bronco and something else , possibly a Land Cruiser , are put through their paces at Eastnor Castle.

I've no idea about the MG either.....but currently there's a Marmet pram like that not two feet away from my laptop. One of Mrs Rocker's collection.

And why not? Some of them had impressive bearing assemblies which far outlived the tyres and chrome. One of "ours" (hers) has castle nuts and taper bearings.

I thought that and looking at the suspension set up would make sense, but, it seems to have wipers mounted on the top of the screen and I think Gipsy’s were at the bottom, also the roof and side windows look wrong. It could be some sort of mule hiding 100” V8 mechanicals , I suppose.

Yes, I hadn't looked at the wipers! Your mule theory is probably correct if it is actually a Gipsy as I can't think that they would have been a serious market contender by 1965 anyway.
