Well worth having it done as a colleague told me about a woman who was involved in a collision, her MoT test had been granted the extension, but her insurers refused to payout.

Re: What did you do today?
They could not do this because it had an mot extension........maybe if they found a defect that had a contributory effect and she had not followed the recommended maintenance schedule for her vehicle which would have revealed it.fried onions wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2020 6:21 pm Well worth having it done as a colleague told me about a woman who was involved in a collision, her MoT test had been granted the extension, but her insurers refused to payout.
And regardless of this they have to pay any third party claim.
TLDR=usually urban myth!

Dunno mate, it wouldn't surprise me though if they wanted an excuse not to pay out.

They can always refuse if pre-accident the vehicle wasn't kept roadworthy.

Put a new secondhand stereo in the Saab 9000 this evening.
a. I did not get into a temper.
b. Knock me over it bloody well works.
c. It had a copy of 'Ibiza club anthems' left in it.
d. CDs may be recyclable.

Haha I bought a Honda Civic last year, in it was some awful Indian kind of music. I gave it to my 6 year old as a joke but he really liked it and kept playing it at home. Ibiza anthems would have been preferable.

Re: What did you do today?
No idea. I'm baffled by music categories. I bought various grunge and metal albums years ago but it's all turned into classic rock now
