Winking Willie's fish and chip shop is just off to the right of the pic.
They used to do really good F&Cs but I haven't been there for years.
The cliff railway about in the centre is worth a ride as well.
We've just been there for dinner. Spooky!
£15 for fish, chips and tea. Lovely too.

I haven't stayed there and it gets shit reviews but we have had breakfast there a few times and it was pretty decent. Again, this is a few years ago.

We're staying at the Palace Hill hotel. It's lovely and one street off the sea front.

Last review I saw disagreed with Lyneham as it said they went to spoons for brekkie as the hotel food was that bad.

Although the wife's auntie lives in Scarborough, so we are there regularly, I personally prefer Bridlington....

Sooo back to cars and the handbrake on the Matiz has been wank for a time. Wouldn't hold on hills so jacked it up today to find out why. Nearside rear drum wouldn't move but offside was spinning merrily with the handbrake on. We'll start there shall we. Pulled it apart and after much fucking about to find out why the self adjuster wasn't, eventually spotted this.

Yes this poxy little starlock washer has split. Could I get one from my local car stores or even Halfrauds, could I foook.
Put it back together (having adjusted it so the hand brake works now) and next week I'll be in possession of 279 of the bastards I don't need for less than I spent on petrol chasing one down today.
