It had a dumper type engine on the back with pulley system drive.

It may be the prototype Thwaites Beachcomber......A vehicle intended to fill the gap in the market between construction vehicle and golf buggy and capitalise on the growing 80s Spanish holiday apartment boom. It could be driven in Bermuda shorts and rigger boots (note the cloth seat inserts and bare steel pedals) and originally came with a striped top canopy in "Carling Black Label" colours.

Unfortunately, a serious accident on the Costa del Sol involving a donkey and a Scouse hen party resulted in a law suit which killed the project. Most of the few that were built were cannabilised for parts for dumpers on the perennial Spanish pavement upgrades.
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......
