Claim's Cabbies Corner. A shift to remember.

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

Well it's not spaced correctly & they are known as wanker plates for a reason, so tough shit. Don't want a ticket, get a legal plate.

Not worth chasing someone down for IMO was he driving whilst white?
Can't see the point in having a stupidly spaced plate anyway,.it's just another reason for them to stop you.

Much as I hate wanker plates and shitty spacing (you normally still have no fucking idea what it is meant to spell) that would seem to be a waste of police time and fuel. Alright to nail it on as an extra if you have been caught for other stuff but apart from the spacing they haven't fucked about with black bolts or illegal scripts.

As well as, like Dodge says, another reason to be stopped they can also be easier for people to remember if they want to shop you for summat.

Well I think reg wanker kind of sums it up. Why would you deliberately bate the police with an easy win?

Put it this way. I have a new toy and I want to go and play with it but due to broker I'm stuck at home on a Friday night.

This internet age is all very well but we used to have a Co Op man you could knock up at 10pm, get an earful of moaning but still be escorted to his garden shed office where he would stamp up a cover note for the deposit without even commenting that you had driven the car there.
