Consider your NCD down the toilet too for the time being, as your own company won't reinstate it until such time as they've been reimbursed.
This is why I leave my own company out of it (bar advising them for information purposes only) and go hunting for blood from the other party's insurers.
Last time I did that was 8 years ago. From prang to bank account, I had their insurer settle and pay me into my bank account in 15 days.
Just had a phone call to say Quinn is ready to collect. Seems they had some spare workshop time so got it done, even though the work was booked for next week.
