Car colour choices

Post by Xkjagnz »

Cars apparently come in a wide variety of colours (not just black, white and silver, although some manufacturers would have you believe that)
So what is the "best" colour for certain models.
I'll start off
XJ6 British Racing Green (ideally metallic)

I don’t know what these colours are called, but they became my favourites for the XJ and the Capri when I was working on the petrol pumps 50 years ago.

Almost every car looks shite in white but there are exceptions.

Not a big Nova fan but they had box flares and wore white very well.

As did the 'sud Sprint.

And of course.

Ex cid and probably the fastest car I've owned. I remember booting it to my local in a 60mph limit and it lit the front wheels in fourth gear. I nearly shit myself. I remember it having a bigger turbo but fuck knows what else.
Must be about fifteen years ago now. Good times.
