Is it possible to remove the float bowl in situ? Most of the time the issue will be a bit of water in a jet.
I'll maybe venture out to the garage and have a look tonight.
Probably end up taking the whole bank off.

Tried to take the bowl off in situ but the frame was in the way of one of the screws. Two of them had been mangled previously and one wouldn't even shift with the old impact driver. Had to hammer it off with a punch.
A patient owner would order new screws but I was keen to put it back together so cut a slot in the head.

Look at the state of the drain screw.

Gave everything a soaking with carb cleaner, the jets a poking with mig wire and a blast with the compressor.
All back together again but had to come in for my tea before I could get it running.
I used to keep stainless Allen cap bolts and spring washers the correct size in stock as the screws are almost always buggered whenever you take a carb apart, I don't think that drain screw ever had much chance of coming undone in the last 15 years..
