Doing the second valve I went whole hog and sat straddling the engine block.

I liked changing all the fuel lines in my T25 - the engine hatch is at pillow level when the bed is made up so I just laid on the rest of the bed - it was like reading a book by torchlight.
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......

Oh yes. My shoulder doesn't really like me very much today.DodgeRover wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 8:12 pmMy back is screaming in pain just looking at that picture....
I was going to do a bit of work on the car today but ended up throwing some sealant onto the roof and fixing the window A/C in the workshop. Being as it was 27°C out, aircon in winter is still a thing here...

Re: 1951 Pontiac Chieftain
Large continental landmass coming to the edge of a warm tropical mass of water. Large area of warm air gets pushed out of the way by a large area of cold air. The boundary between the two is very well defined at the front so you get heavy rain, electrical storms and other disturbances like tornadoes along the front, which passes though to leave very different weather once it's passed through.
The UK isn't big enough to get that kind of sharp frontal activity, it all smudges together because you're surrounded by mostly temperate water.
