Didn't it start with things like cats becoming standard or DPFs regenerating due to the temperatures they run at?

So if it's a JLR product that's responsible for the fires at Luton and Liverpool, perhaps we should ban their products from any car park.

At least you'd have a bit more space to park.

Also saw a new Defender today, reg R1.

R1 used to belong to a fella in Aylesbury according to my admittedly out-of-date cherished plate books. Probably been sold on since then as 1994H which he was also listed with is now up for sale on Regtransfers....

Aren't they currently uninsurable unless on a traders policy due to the ease with which they can be stolen? Multiple stories of owners being quoted £11-12k by the only company that will provide cover

No, 'fraid not....However, the 1992 edition does mention the registration but not in connection with any specific vehicle meaning it was probably "live" at the time of writing...

I can't wait till insurers insist EVs are banned from multistorey car parks and in separate areas well away from buildings for found level parking.
Yeah that would have helped prevent when the multi on Liverpool docks burnt down wouldn't it?
