This is just crazy. A car built by George Barris for John Belushi.

You don’t see one of these every day… thankfully!

Think Barris made a few of those, similar to the Corvarado thing in Live and Let Die although those weren't his creations. Corvettes are one of those cars, to my mind, best left as they are - even by George Barris.

Ad says it cannot be registered in the UK, as it was written off as flood damaged in the USA before it was imported. Not heard of that before.

Lot of money for a pile of parts.
I bet it has salvage title and someone at the DVLA has got their knickers in a twist about it.
The traditional approach is to buy a log book from one of the Harley 250 trail bikes and just use that with a change of engine capacity..

This is what I'm kind of looking for. Maybe still too steep for skinflint me, but going the right way with price.

That looks great except for the numberplate placement, I've always liked boat tailed stuff.

MOT exempt so drive it home, slowly & carefully. Then the lack of brakes won't matter.

These were the ones I was thinking of

If there was a 350 it probably used the Cagiva engine.

If you wear a diving helmet you don't need insurance either....
