No it doesn't matter how old you are Bristol is still a shithole. The students certainly don't help it one ittle bit rude filthy scum that they are. (opinion based on a visit to the Fleece where you stick to the floor it is so filthy)

Cam or crank position sensor. Had that problem on Eddy's 306 cabriolet. It was a right bastard to get to so I paid a mobile £40 and he came and done it in the gunner carpark.

I don't expect Soton and Pompey are much better? Somehow it's expected and understood that a capital can be a vermin infested dump but when it's regional towns and cities you know the country's needs fumigation.

I've never been to JamSaab, old people don't frequent such establishments.

Filthy is the apt word for Bristol, it has always been a dirty place, whereas I don't find London to be so. Nor Birmingham for that matter, although it's rare I visit Brum now.

Anyways, a crank position sensor as Mario suggests so not a biggie. I was considering selling this 9-3 Aero but I reckon I'll keep it, some of the prices people want for such shit astound me. To my thinking they are throwaway GM turds but some think otherwise!

Re: What did you do today?
Southampton is a shithole, Pompey less so although it is badly over-run with immigration. Both have sizeable student populations which never does a place any favours these days as students are not what they once were either....Portsmouth has in its favour a very nice waterfront (much of which is actually Southsea but not to split hairs) largely there to reflect the city's heritage and provide a place for recreation and enjoyment. The equally historic waterfront at Southampton has been completely given over to commercial rack and ruin, slum landlording on a high-rent scale and nasty foreign restaurants. Only Mayflower Park remains, purely because of a historic covenant. If the Council had their way that would be built over as well.....
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......

Covenants are marvelous things when they shaft the council, they were left a large estate here with the covenant that it could not be built on and should be left open for people to walk on it farmed.
The council would love to slam another 500+ houses on it but they can't, they've even had their legal team on it to see if it could be removed and the answer was a definately not.

Re: What did you do today?
That's excellent news, what a way to screw a council over so they can't shaft the people they are meant to serve for once.
