Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances
With there being so many classic car restoration programmes on the TV at the moment why hasn't any of them restored an Invacar?

Because of the type of people who like them?
They'd also probably have a potential audience in double digits if that.

Is it not because you can't legally own one and they belong to the government?

Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances
All apart from about 6, luckily somebody has done extensive research into which ones were privately purchased and made it public so it would be easy to grab them back.

Re: Stupid questions about motorised conveyances
Maybe try and get a petition and get some death traps off the road?
https://www.gov.uk/petition-government# ... Parliament.
"Create or sign a petition that asks for a change to the law or to government policy.
After 10,000 signatures, petitions get a response from the government.
After 100,000 signatures, petitions are considered for debate in Parliament."
Aren't there rules governing lightulbs as well?
