This just happened in front of me in Wimbledon, A woman pushing a pram had to go into the busy road. Left it there for a good 10 minutes.

Hi Mrs Thunder and her Mum returned from shopping to find this. Whilst taking the photo the other driver also returned and had the error of his ways pointed out.
