Saw this earlier this evening and wondered what raggedy ass failed State would have a Diplomatic registered , battered old Volvo estate.
So I looked it up, any guesses?

Not Monaco or Scotland, in fact it belongs to the USA. Why they’ve still got a 22 year old V70 on the parking ticket, congestion charge dodging list is anyone’s guess.
