Still waiting on the replacement pulley.

Apparently with just a 440, the matching 727 (different bolt pattern housing) and a set of new engine mounts you too can have your very own tyre shredding torque monster (480 lb-ft) and something resembling fuel economy.

Edited for English accuracy. How long have you lived there Phil, Tire really !. You will be swapping things out next.

The pulleys can now coexist but nothing lines up

That's bloody annoying......Shades of Zephyr Six there. Two or three different dynamo castings, at least three bracket lengths and various shim options. Whatever worked on one engine didn't on another and even if it looked in-line it wasn't and shagged water pump/dynamo bearings.....

You're going to need to order some more patience too, I should think.
