Also - the original 7" sealed beam headlights in that would have been 45/60, not 55/60 H4, but a lot of the replacement sealed beam units are higher wattages like 55/65.

Running a relay loom for headlights they are usually fused at the battery end anyway.

She sounds OK apart from the exhaust blow but there was another whole new system with the car :mrgreen:

No just a slight blow from the first pipe from the manifold that's it mind you its stuck in reverse when it should be in park it seems to be the linkage from the column shift to lever on the side of the box I believe there's a nylon bushing that wear out and there's an adjustment that seize up so that needs looking into :roll:

Plus lack of brakes as there's no master cylinder i know this because its in front of me on the coffee table :lol:

Once it drives from key,stops and starts its off for welding then its back on the road ;)
