K-Seal?

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

Should I just K-Seal the Pontiac until I get a new radiator?

It's leaking from way up in the middle, where is nearly impossible to get to externally. Being honeycomb, it's a weird design to begin with.

No transmission cooler.
So it's totally fucking fucked M9, big time.

Nothing is impossible to get to, just do a very dirty repair

So what's in and out the rad? Top outlet middle, bottom outlet right? Straight or elbow? Heater return? Tell me more.

Dirty repair will last long enough for the Great bunch of lads to rustle something cheap and effective up.

Top center inlet.
Lower right outlet, points up and to the left.

Heater returns to a 1/2" spigot on the bottom left (water pump doesn't have the usual return point on the inlet).

Three row, 26" tall. It's a big old beast.

Would it be prohibitively expensive to have the bottom outlet changed and a 1/2" spigot fitted to one of those alloy rads

Probably less than getting a bespoke one made, but the closest Shanghai Speed Shop radiator to fit is 150 square inches smaller, about 1/5th of this rad missing. In summer, I need that cooling.

Yeah, that's the Chebby one- they only ever had a 6 so its a bit smaller height wise but is the same width
It would need the heater spigot adding and the top and bottom hose ports enlarged.
