Couple of honda projects coming up for auction near me this weekend.

Yellow one has a high level exhaust

Re: Two wheels good.
I had been offered an Indian Enfield Bullet 500 in px for one of my Metro's, that picture came up on google image search.
Just done another google image search and this one came up, probably more appropriate for TDW.

I think Bullets kept the correct sided gear change right up till they went fuel injection if that matters to you.

Re: Two wheels good.
I owned a 350 Bullet in 1965, my only transport back then when I was a skint teenager.
Winter was approaching and my girlfriend at the time was moaning about how cold it was on the Enfield when I picked her up to give her a lift home from work.
She said that most of the girls in her office had boy friends who owned cars and suggested I buy a car.
So I sold the Bullet and bought a 1956 Land Rover 107 rag top.
She was not impressed and promptly dumped me in favour of a suited and booted office type, who drove a shagged out Frog Eye Sprite.
I've owned a series Land Rover more or less continuously since then.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Re: Two wheels good.
A few weeks ago I went to a Harley bike jumble. There was a flip up screen for my bike, well the previous year’s model. I wasn’t sure if it would fit as my bike is a 2014 and there was a small change to the fairing that year but for £10 I thought it worth the risk.
Today I went out to the garage to fit it. Sure enough the fitting holes were slightly different. Half an hour with drill, hacksaw and file and it fits. All extra holes etc. are hidden so nothing untoward shows.
The list price of the screen is £150 so I’m pretty happy.
I’m not trying it out today as it’s pissing down.

Re: Two wheels good.
Picked up the WR400 yesterday. Had been sat for a year, outside, under a cover.
Pulled the carb off, gave it a clean up, pulled the spark plug and gave it a wire brushing, it wasn't bad really but it all helps, fresh juice in the tank and away it went.
It isn't too hard to start when you work it out, haven't hot started yet so I'll follow Xtriples advice on that and hopefully it'll be fine.
I'm not quite tall enough to start it without leaning it on something so, that could be an issue if I bin it on track!
Can you get Cuban Motocross boots?
