Re: Wobland Spottage
Woodhall Spa, Lincs. Tuesday morning. 1941 Chevrolet.....
Almost immediately afterwards one of those magnificent 1930s MG saloons went past - I think this one is the VA model. It was on Dutch plates set to resemble and old British number but it would have looked loads better on period old blue Netherlands ones.....
Later on that day we went to East Kirkby Aviation Museum where this was lurking incongruously in one of the workshops - Goggomobil Regent bodyshell presumably somebody's "homer".

Out for a beer at a venue in the back of beyond last night and they have this sat as an ornament with beer barrels on the back.

And so it begins.....
No doubt Branders would be moaning if he could get onto the site.
The £ has dropped even more against the $ so I expect that will be why we need* to pay more as the hosting fees will have gone up.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Re: Wobland Spottage
My old man still hasn't got a courtesy car for the Z so a mate has lent him a runabout/party whistle as my mate would call it. Goes OK apparently but I mentioned the flappy paddle box that isn't meant to be up to snuff and he agrees.

Re: Wobland Spottage
Do they still use the alternator as the starter at that age? Someone at work had one and it'd throw the belt off about once a month because of that.
