Two wheels good.

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

That looks a good idea. My mate mentioned something scorpion do that is modular in a similar setup but I can't remember what he said it was called!

I once had a bird hit me full pelt in the chest doing around 60 on my old superdream. It stayed pinned to my chest with wings spread screeching at me. I started screaming back at it until I'd slowed down and it fucked off. A few walkers were a bit taken aback at the sight of a bright yellow superdream with a screeching bird and a screeching rider coming past them.

Well done about two hundred n forty miles today, I can safely say the HD runs a lot better now than it did before and it's more fun now it sounds like a bike. Dunno if I mentioned it but the sidestand switch no longer works, so I've contacted Dynojet to see what they say.

Some one the owner's group says it happened to them & sent me a map to fix it. But as he's got a different exhaust/filter combo I'll see what comes back from Dynojet first.

True, it's not big thing. But my normal habit for parking bikes is pull up in gear, put sidestand down & get off. So it'd be nice for it to work again.

So what you're saying is that you're not man enough to put it on the centre stand?

None of my bikes have a centre stand.

The Triumph Sprint I sold did, was damn handy when working on it.

Before anyone googles it, yes two did from new but both had them removed due to different exhausts meaning the stand no longer fitted.

The wombat has a main stand. Fucking useless though as being a cripple and the bike being heavy its a nightmare to use.

It should be better balanced than that. I've seen a petite lady but a BMWK100 brick on it's centre stand.
