Two wheels good.

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

I got bored on Friday & took the HD to the Lake District, obviously I took it over Wyrenose & Hardknott passes amongst others. Got back this evening if anyone cares.

Have a pic of Hardkott when looking from the top of Wyrenose.

I did them in this 30+ years ago. There were mobile VW crematoriums acting as roadblocks everywhere.

There still was this time too, probably the same ones that still can't escape the valley in between as they've not noticed the other road out.

Just watched the Harry's garage sandraiders 2022 thing in YouTube.
He rode an XL600LMF same as my old one. I thought he did pretty well on it to be honest, they are shockingly heavy with a full tank of fuel.
Quite fancy a trip to Morocco now....

Stayed in a gite right on the French/Swiss border. Roads are great, but paying €6.40 for a coffee and small croissant was not!

Are you going to try and do a Steve McQueen Great Escape stunt then next time you get a bill like that? I know it's the wrong Swiss border but it'd be the wrong bike as well I guess.
