Take it to Mercedes as they are now doing a lot of them under 'goodwill'. When I asked I was told to eff off so had to pay for it myself which was about £1500 including bolts and fixings and a couple of other arms that were manky (just over two grand including front/rear discs and pads, service and MOT).

It wouldn't cost anything to ask Mercedes directly and publicly on Facebook or Twitter or similar.

Water under the bridge and as it's now 18months ago (maybe 2 years?) I think my chances are marginal at best.

Also just bought an Icarsoft LR V1.0 code reader for Jaguars, £50 from a bloke on the Jaguar forum for a barely used one seemed like a bargain?
