I reckon it's nerves.
You'll be alright Paul, Boeing have thoroughly tested the plane you're going on. The only problem being, judging by past crashes, they test the wrong things in the wrong way.
Still they'll get it right eventually and at least the wreckage probably won't be 12,000 feet up a mountain so you'll have helped future passengers. As you don't go to a dentist identification by dental records will be hopeless so I suggest a sturdy fireproof bracelet with your name engraved on it.
Have an enjoyable holiday, if you get there.
