What did you do today?

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

They can all fuck off though as this is a great car for me.
The Tronda has RACISM FLAGS on the C pillars because the paint ran and couldn't be blended in with the shit paint...

Should have done a Union Flag on one side and the Japanese flag on the other just to fuck with people...

Anyway noticed this in the corner that has appeared recently. Glad I'm not the only nut job around 🤣
Tempted to leave a note on it...
I haven't left a note but I'm almost certain it's this:

It's the super deluxe model. I kind of prefer the basic model with a single clock. Bit more than I'd want to pay but maybe I need a chat.

I was going to suggest that 4K will get you a useable Mini for pretty much the full experience without going through the pain of stitching that bloody thing back together. However, I see upon looking for such a beast that the world has gone completely fucking mental. Carry on.

Hammer time!

I seem to spend longer picking up litter and checking for cat shite beforehand than I do actual mowing.
Worst thing I hit was the STOP sign post, which was hiding in the grass.

Even before then they were all on the rise. I really want a MK1 and pretty much anything else will be a compromise. However for what I'm prepared to pay, it'll be another welding job. That red one I posted on Facebook is probably a better bet than that for similar money.

Also holding fire as best as I can, to see if the current world situation and especially UK, will affect prices downwards.

The Mayfair I had was better at being a Mini than any of the half-dozen Mk1s but I know what you mean.....I think any hope of downward price spirals will only be accompanied by a huge rise in the cost of gas bottles, though!
