I'm not particularly comfortable that a single social media reply, however ill-judged, fires up an intemperate Twitter mob to go into full scale pile-on and go calling for his head and sacking (which appears to have very swiftly happened)

I've never been happy with mobs braying for someone to get fired because of a tweet, Whatsapp message or a Facebook post.

It's not like he did what he tweeted, but all those people frothing at the mouth over it, did they really believe that he would?

I don't see what it's got to do with his job anyway, it should be illegal to get fired for annoying people outside work

I think for those idiots the thought is as bad as the deed.
They really are fucking loony.

I once got detention in middle school for smashing my easter egg diorama out side the school gates.
Unfair imo.

More fool jaguar for bowing down to the mob. I hope they struggle to get a decent replacement mechanic.

Despite there being big signs saying cycles were not permitted in there, and that there is a perfectly good cycle path alternative (which I have used a few times).

I used to like shouting "Cunt" at them as I passed. I miss that.

I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Plus one cycle lane running from Tower Bridge to Parliament Square, but still they ride on the road, where the lanes were narrowed to make room for the cycle path.

I do get that they don't have to use the cycle lanes, but why do they risk their lives not using them?

As a P38 owner, I'm offended.
