This thread is all the persuasion I ever need to not buy any Land Rover product that's newer than a Disco 2.

Good skills though.
On the road:
1998 Disco 4.0 V8 (manual)
1994 Vauxhall Calibra 3.0 V6

Running but need fettling:

1986 Honda CBX750F
1991 Maserati 222 SE
1990 Yamaha XJ900F

Tax & MOT-exempt, woohoo!

1982 Suzuki GSX1100SZ Katana

Update.

Ordered rear park sensor because one is faulty but I suspect one works. We'll see.

Battery tray et al off Sunday hopefully and much application of pillage via welding rod to actuator arm. Not hopeful but....

Whilst I'm there I'm going to plug the sludge-tastic egr system and give the poor thing half a chance. Kit has arrived.

And and what I'm there I'll prise compressor box lid off and see what kit I need. Win all round. Or utter, utter disaster. Good job I have a spare D2, Freelander . ..etc..
