Well, my long term rule of use it or lose it has finally fucked me over. The Z's roof won't return in the final phase I popped to see Tom and the two of us got the back bit to get it down to the latch but it won't energise the motor.
Good job I moved it as the silly bugger left it with the handbrake firmly on. Clutch slipping back and forth got it to release with a loud chunk. I've left it parked elsewhere arse end downhill till it warms up, dries out a bit and I can investigate the hood better.

I was telling my mate about that thread and the wish to not be starring in it while we were driving over to the other side of town. Got to the tip and it had shut 20 mins before hand so had to go to another one a few miles further on. It was a bit wobbly but secure enough that it wasn't going to fall off. Certainly not a patch on the Gypsy tranny wagon I saw earlier, it was taking the piss even for them

You can't see the dubious brown stain that was on it Apparently years back my mate woke up after a proper sesh next to his then girlfriend who had something very brown smeared all up her back and all over the back of her jeans as she'd managed to get to bed but not managed to get undressed. The horror soon turned to hilarity when it turned out that she'd gone to bed with a chocolate bar in her back pocket and it's thoroughly melted everywhere
As for the other stains and marks I was just keen to get it out the way and it was too light to even have a midget/niche prostitute sewn up inside it.

Just remembered, on the subject of stains. There was one of these in the doorway of his mums place so I've borrowed it to see if I can improve on the 405's seats. I'll have a play at the weekend if I get chance. I haven't got any of the correct cleaner stuff for it tho so may just try some washing powder solution scrubbed in by hand first?
