Back in more civilised times, the left side of the steering column was where the gear lever was located.

He showed me where it had split away around the back. They looked like they would just crumble as soon as you looked at them.

Those prices sound really good especially a stainless system for 300 quid. Robbing fuckers round here want 400 plus vat for a system on my fiat 127 which is a straight pipe with one little box at the back. If the cats are only 75 each then it probably does work out cheaper to replace especially with what you will get for the old units. You might have to change them every few tears though as the cheapo cats struggle to pass more than one mot.

I've just been shopping in it. It's completely effortless to drive. Very quiet and serene. It soak up the shit, potholed roads lovely.
