I think that you'll enjoy it, as they say you don't see much of the styling when you're driving it, unless you look at yourself in the shop windows as you drive past.

If you do buy it I've got some of those rubber softener sticks spare now that the Pluriel has gone and could post you one. I use them occasionally on the camper seals and they're pretty good.

Resale silver for the manual one and a light metallic blue auto one. I really want her to go auto, but she’s adamant on changing gears herself.

I keep pouring myself more coffee and haven’t gone yet. I’ll have decided in a couple of hours - may even have it outside the house. Nice cheap insurance - haven’t checked the tax yet. Not that this will make any real difference (she’s paying!!!)

I know that we're not supposed to consider practicalities here but given all the hassle I used to have with Merc dealers servicing my wife's car when I was working abroad buying local makes sense.

He knows that you can just go around and smack him one when you get back if your missus hasn't already torn him a new one.

I'd buy it. The weather's nice and she's paying.
