I posted a similar one the other week but it turned out it was click bait and a gas powered one that went pop, labelled as electric.

That's what happened when I accidentally stabbed the battery in my tomtom. Except it was in my utility room and burned a big hole in the lino. It was like a roman candle going off indoors. Scary stuff.
