Check the official wading depth, I bet it's about 10". I'm pretty sure the D1 was around that (it was the height of the hubs).

I was thinking more mud, slush and salt contamination being flung at the multiplug on a continual basis rather than wading.....

Got to ask is the thread title a play on the 23me and me genetic testing ads?

Yeah but we all know multiplugs last longer than LR bodywork in that environment.

Update.

Park sensors on rear inop (damaged one).
Auto lights working.
Auto wipers working. Unblocked os jet.
Suspension modes all active until compressor code comes on (after first run).
Abs working.
Speedo working
Cruise working.
Harmon-Kardon wireless and 6 disc working.

Blower and a/con next. 😀

Engine fault put to one side.

Simple fix. Relay 10 and 16 control the rear and front blowers respectively. Front relay burnt out (40amp) one, so swapped for rear et voilà. New 40amp really from local L-R specialist £2.50+vat. Front and rear working. A/con still gassed. Dual zone front and rear working. Win 😀.

Small thought...should have replaced the lot or purchased a couple of spares...doh!

Which led to checking front and rear screens.

This whole seems to be going rather well. Me personally with my luck I'd start to be questioning why things are going so great!
