Which cars have good/bad aircon?

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

IIRC Jaguar used an American air conditioning system (Delanair) - so maybe that's why it works! The Yanks have always been good at A/C in cars.
My XJ-S had Delanair AC and it was very good and also very simple. It was like something GM used in 1963 and thus reliable.

I won't own a daily car without AC now. Mt recently acquired E36 Touring has it but it doesn't work - that's the first thing to fix.

You slip into a different mode where everything works in slow motion. Walk around any branch of Tesco Lotus in Thailand and you will see what I mean!

Adjust expectations of water intake versus pissing, and how much you intend to get done, and the rest is an experience to be enjoyed albeit never to be repeated!
