Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

Only 1 MOT showing on gov.uk

Wonder what the back story is? Not that I am going to ask, as I really dislike these.

As I suspected I was right about everything.

Had a lot done but not done many miles for quite a while.

The rear subframes on those can wear thru, I wonder if you can buy a replacement now? A friend had one, probably 15 years back and his needed a new one, so did 3 others at the main dealers when he went to order his. I think it cost him £850 for the part plus fitting? All down to a stupid design iirc that would have been sorted by adding a few more washers from what I could see.

That Mi16 you linked to was seriously cheap, someone got a proper bargain there.

Probably bit too much of a liability right now. Instead bought another silver car that's much more of a shit box but potentially less liability. 🤣

No, I don't know why either. Kinda hoping someone will outbid me. I could cancel my bid but I like living dangerously...

I think it was seeing this lump that caused the trigger finger to flick.

Actually doesn't look too bad under there either.

Fully british, rusty buckets and grim motoring - surely it's right up your street too?

No thanks, I had a 1.0L on an 'A' reg as my first car. Awful things to drive far as the throttle is somewhere under the radio.
