It is indeed nice script, and I thank you for that anecdote from the latter days of our once-great Empire, but that doesn't change the fact that the car won't go (or sound) anywhere nearly as well as it looks. Which is a shame.

the issue with these cars has always been the ash frame under the steel skin. Rots away slowly but surely and is the mother of all jobs to fix properly.
