Re: EBay Finds
Is this a bad idea? I'm thinking not.
Messaged him asking for more photos and he's going to do me a video. He said no welding is needed but that can be chinny chin chin. Starting price with no bids is quite a tempting proposition.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Of course you should buy it. I loved the two I had some years ago. I always felt that I didn’t just go for a drive. I went motoring.SiC wrote: ↑Sun Jul 31, 2022 10:38 pm Is this a bad idea? I'm thinking not.

Re: EBay Finds
They look nice and they are certainly different but just don't try and drive one. They are designed for midgets and probably the most uncomfortable motor I have ever driven. Also they use the Renault 12 engine so 1100cc in most of them with a wopping 1300 in the top of the range. The only thing they have going for them is they aren't a type 2 so don't burst into flames every 5 mins.paulplom wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 6:55 am What a lovely looking thing. Re: EBay Finds
My nan had one like that, she always said how good modern cars were as a clutch would last nearly 30,000 miles
