Interesting it's a 1950 reg, so presumably would have originally had the lights in the wings etc, and has been modified to look like a 1940s example at the front as well as the custom body.
This 1950 14 hp saloon on Car and Classic has separate wings ( of a different style) and headlamps.

Intergral headlamps into the front wings happened late 1950....The builder of the Coupe has "evoked" (to use a modern bullshit term) the pre-war Leafs using the grille from the original saloon.

Iirc my understanding is that those engines are supposed to have the tappets adjusted after like 80k(?) miles but no one bothers as cheap french car. Then it leads to the valves burning out if left long enough.
Both the ones I have done were cylinder 2 and both had no issues with valve clearances. All the rest were pretty much spot on and even the damaged valve once a new one was fitted it still had clearance and not far off correct. By the time I fit at least a couple of valves, new belt and mot it I would of spent 300 odd on it. Yes there would still be a profit but nothing great for the risk of selling a used car to the great unwashed.
