I was also going through some photos, well a LOT of photos my father had taken; this was one of his bikes in the late 80s, outside what is now my workshop. A BSA of some type, not sure which through?

This is an interesting one, two square 4 Ariel bikes engines mounted to a common crank I guess, producing a...square eight.

Stepdad had a turquise 120y back in the day. All his cars were end of life though. It was a smart looking thing for all it was rotten. I reckon '82.

I remember that colour- mind Volvo amongst others did a vibrant turquoise. A lot of people have a soft spot for the ol 120y, it being the first car of a great many youngsters. I hate all the greys and Silvers of today, it reflects the dull, conformist, corporate world we seem to live in.

Fitted new wipers to the pug 2 month ago and smeared from day 1. The damn reason why I replaced the old ones. Today I went and fetched some more. still fucking smearing. Jack through windscreen and a windscreen insurance claim is next unless someones got a good fix idea.

I'd try using some good quality glass cleaner before hurling the jack. Knowing your luck it'd bounce off and hit you on the bonce.
