I remember being desperate for a headlight bulb when everywhere was closed, I think i ended up paying close to a tenner from Halfords rather than risk 200 miles on the motorway with a light out.

Ahhh just the cab. My mate used to run one a few years ago before he had an accident that put him in a wheelchair and had to sell it. He is getting back to work now and is sort of looking for another.
This is his old truck

I cleared out a local village garage of autodata books from the 70's,80's and 90's. I've no idea what I'm going to do with them but there's useful information in there. Included in there was a few institute of road transport engineers from the late 60's. Is there a market for that sort of thing?

I'd look on eBay to see if any of the titles or similar are on or have been on there.

I'd suspect that there is a market but it's finding the buyers, especially as autojumbles, for example, are pretty rare at the moment I guess.

Don't know if there is a market but the autodata book is bloody handy. Fortunately my copy from the early 80s covers most stuff I need to deal with.
