Bloody hell Phil, that'd be enough for anyone to deal with, but with the whole area ruined it must be impossible to get any tradesmen or materials too.

There's a lot of roofers and tree people around. Materials hard to come by yes.

If it's still raining that must be a real pain in the arse. Leaving the windows open with good air flow thru the building would help massively I'm sure, as long as looters aren't a problem obviously.

Having to keep it shut else all the bugs get in.
