Why didn't they do that in the first place? It's got to be easier than fucking about with filler.
Your guess is as good as mine. Consider that there was a layer of primer, 4 layers of filler, a layer of high build, then several coats of paint and finally clearcoat...

Yes, it would probably have been quicker than Bondo sculpture.

The photograph flatters it. But, the overall profile is much closer to what it should be now.

Looking at things, I may end up having to sell the Fury.

I don't have anywhere to keep it now, and a bunch of the spare parts for it got totaled in the storm.

Time will tell but that's the most likely course for now.

Thats a big shame Phil. You'll be able to concentrate on the renault instead though.

Renault needs to go too.

Only one with a season pass is the Pontiac.

well yeah I do like the Renault and transporting 2 would keep the price down a little. Is there much missing on the Fury as it would need to be complete ish for the shipping.

The rear glass is out of it right now and the engine is out, but it can be made to look like an almost complete car minus front lights. It only rolls and steers. No brakes at all, not even handbrake.

Bunch of the parts I bought for it got wet in the storm (like sitting in water for weeks wet) which is what is annoying.

Renault runs and drives but needs a battery.

I guess it's a case of what price they would have to be to make sense buying them.

Roof, however is a lot less bad than I thought.

Verdict still out. Too hot to continue.
