An intact spare came with the car but I cba changing it. I really should as it detracts from the otherwise nice interior.

Re: Fleet Occurrences
Seems to be a case of TADTS. My 9-3 has a crack in the same place but hasn't spread too far upwards yet like the red one

Clearances wrong so one bit expands or shrinks too much for the gap it's hot?

That's weird how it's so common. My wife's one is a bit older on a 54 plate but it's fine, I wonder if it's a 2006 batch issue with that part.

Re: Fleet Occurrences
My usual postie who is a sound cunt and leaves my parcels under my cars or with a neighbour is on bigger parcels this week in the van. So the jobsworth replacement left me a nice card on a Saturday when I was out to tell me the 75 PCV filter is at my local sorting office. Just doing his job but I'm a grumpy arsehole.
I fitted some wheel spacers to my red Saab 93 as the black one already has them and it gives it a beefier look.
Before After I mustn't have tightened the battery terminal enough after rewiring the drivers seat as I had a weird and intermittent starting issue for the past few weeks. The negative terminal was halfway up the battery post and not particularly tight. Hopefully I've cured that.

Re: Fleet Occurrences
Time to send off the ECU on the red Saab to Noobtune.
£100 for a hike from 150bhp to 220bhp and the standard internals can absolutely cope with it.
Rude not to!

Re: Fleet Occurrences
I sent the ECU via Special Delivery to Noobtune today.
I can't say I'm not slightly nervous, thank fuck the car was cheap and owes me nothing!

Re: Fleet Occurrences
Noobtune has been going years as far as I know, seemed to have a good rep on Saab forums when I frequented them.
