Bear in mind there are bus tacho rules and lorry ones.

You can reduce regular 11h rest down to 9h, three times between weekly rest periods. You need to take weekly rest period no longer than 6x24h. Could be a regular 45h or reduced down to 24h, but has to be compensated for. Anyway, 9 X 24 is pushing it a bit.
