Driver probably working for both Uber and Ola. His passengers would not be in any danger of getting in the wrong vehicle as they'd have been texted his car make, model, plate and reg number.

This is an example of legislation not keeping up with the advances in technology and the way the trade operates today.

I see this all the time. Take away drivers are easy to spot by them usually driving a K11/12 Micra or Yaris with a huge Samgung Galaxy displaying Google maps stuck to the middle of the screen whilst driving at 18mph totally lost.

The insurance if he has any would have to pay out for the 3rd party claim but would tell him to whistle for his own damage
