With regard to the pictures of the cars being ticketed for illegal parking, while I in no way condone it, around my way, the Liebour-run councils have steadfastly refused to re-open the car parks. Two wrongs don't make a right, but if central Government say the parks can open, then surely the councils are obliged to open them?

I will probably sound like a twat saying this, but the two bikers the fuzz want to disqualify didn't look to be doing anything too dangerous in that clip. What looks dodgy from a car driver's p.o.v. can be fairly safe on a fast bike. Unless you're shite and can't go round corners obvs.

I agree the clip makes it look not too bad. However knowing the road I know that the double whites are in places you can't see far enough to overtake safely in almost every circumstance. Unlike a lot of roads where they are put in to piss you off & prevent anyone making progress.

See or no see.

Crossing or straddling solid white lines like that is verboten.

Yeah well, I've always been a bit of a prick on a bike.
